Delete your account

Lany Business provides permanent account deletion directly inside the Android and iOS app.

Delete from the app

  1. Sign in to Lany Business.
  2. Open Profile, then Settings & support.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone.
  4. Select Delete account permanently.
  5. Review the warning and confirm deletion.
This action cannot be undone. It removes your Firebase authentication account, profile, assessment, learning progress and conversation history from active Lany systems.

If you cannot access the app

Email lany@langco.com.mx from the address associated with your account. We may request reasonable verification before processing the request.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Lany account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Retention

Account and learning data are removed from active Lany systems when deletion completes. Limited backup, security or transaction records may remain when required by law or platform obligations, and are not used to restore the deleted account.
